    Default Worlds Longest Hill Climb

It is awfully lonely at the top
Need some Two Wheelers to climb with this year.

In a few months I will be 60 years young
I am only half the rider I once was. Surely some of you can outride this old man.
I am coming to the end of this crazy activity. I sure would like to play with some talented climbers while I still can.

Maybe MONEY will work. Time for a BOUNTY on this hill.

    1. $500 Two Wheels, Stock Wheelbase, Knobby Tire.

    2. $300 Two Wheels, Stock Wheelbase, Paddle Tire.

    3. $200 Two Wheels, No Rules

I will post a date when I plan on camping, probably the end of April.

    Happy New Year, Don

Do the two wheel rules apply if preacher rides a wheelie all the way to the top?

So if I was to make it once on the knobby then put my paddle wheel on that's a $800 purse right? Haha the hardest part seemed to be the first 1/4 of the way up just getting momentum going.

Is the STUD on the bike or are they attatched to the tire? If anyone makes this hill, they are defiantly a Stud

The hill is near Trevorton, Pa. I will set a date shortly.

You only have 940 feet to go

I think you made it farther then anyone else that tried it.

This is a list that Jar944 posted on another site of the attempts at this hill.
A gentleman with a stock KTM 520 feels he can conquer this hill

    Don

    "As for the 520 on a stock wheelbase.. So far a 570 @+10" and a 16 paddle made it about 30', a cr5 running a m5b made it about 30', a KTM 500 running about +10 and a 16 paddle made it about 30', a KTM 600 @ +6 running a 16 paddle made it about 30' a cr5 @about +8 running a m5b made it about 30' "

I made every hill in the coal region with a stock wheelbase and a knobby with the exception of this one. I never even attempted it with the stock WB and a knobby. I was challenged by the best four wheel climber in the area. He said a two wheeler would never make this hill. I like a challenge LOL. And yes it is two wheel drive. I built the bike just for this hill. Now the only problem is all other hills are no longer a challenge.

The most difficult hill in the coal region with a stock WB is Bounty Hill [ Banshee Hill ]. Although it is considerably easier since the start has been moved back about thirty feet and the at the beginning has also been removed. Bounty Hill is a hill that you need a lot of talent to crest. Even with the easier start it is a very very challenging hill. Even with the easier start, no one can make it more then one fourth of the way.

I am going to start riding my 300 for a challenge LOL.

Below is the reason I built this bike. I like a challenge LOL.

    Don Graver
Does anyone have a video of The Worlds longest Hill Climb after the start has been moved to the left? I think it is about time a Two Wheeler conquers it. I have not climbed for over a year but I like a challenge.

    Matt SwartzGood luck.
But no chance in hell are you making it on 2 wheels.

Matt Swartz It's the most difficult hill to date.
    In my opinion

Matt SwartzYou ain't making it Don. But I'll go over and watch you try.
