Hey quick question. Us guys at Offroad Utopia where wondering if we could setup our inclosed trailer and display some of the street bike motor powered mini buggys weve been building as well as some of the Jeep parts we build and sell. If we have to pay a small fee or something that would be fine, we also talked about setting up a crock pot for sloppy joes and a grill for hotdogs hamburgs, cause Im sure you guys will be hungry. If you could let me know what the deal is on the whole situation that would be great.

    Not to threadjack.

This is the first one we built, the two we're working on are a little different. Lowered the whole center of gravity as well as the motor in the chassis, lowered the roof a few inches (Im 6ft and some change so there is still plenty of head room) raised the side panels a few inches.

Here is a pic of version 1.0

A vender booth will be fine ,you guys should get some good exposure at this event.I suggest getting there early if you want a decent spot(like friday afternoon). As far as food goes ,the Village board will be providing concessions.

Awesome man, that was our plan, do a little PR and meet some new people. So that being said, where do you think the best spot to setup would be? Right as you come in from Scoob or over towards Stagecoach? Where exactly is the hillclimb going to be at? General area, just want to be close to the action and not cause any problems with with blocking off routes to and from the stageing area for the climbers.

I have always wonder why other custom build shops did not do this kind of stuff already. This is a great idea and Im glad to see it get approved by the Village. The power line would be a good spot,, almost everyone travels thru that area. But if its really dry out it will be dusty there.

Cool plan byro. All I'm going to hang up a few nsd and Wellsvilletrails.com banners. To much to see and do for me to sit around at a vendor tent.

The largest ones I did were in white and were 3x. This was just the first order for the first event, they (woodsbuggy.com) will be placing more orders for the other events. When the next order comes in, I'll be sure to suggest a 4x for yah Tiny.

If possible i think a extremely difficult climb that may be on the village would be under the second power line looking south toward yellow creek from the open day rider parking lot.

About 2 towers south, before double trouble, right out of the creekbed climbing west toward village is an extremely challenging climb into the woods. It has 2-3 levels all steep. Good line of site from dayrider lot, the level below dayrider lot and the top of shale on the south and even shalestep directly north of the climb.

It may be difficult if alot of spectators try to get real close as that valley's tight but alot of hillsides for viewing from depending on foliage.
