    Default Spots open

How many membership spots are currently left? im looking for somewhere to start camping since im tired of staying at free zone and it isnt looking like oak tree is going to last too much longer plus id like to stay somewhere that seems like a good community and more safe. Whats the best way to get to forbidden zone with a truck? never had a truck back there before, Could i come look at the area before purchasing a membership?

The Dozer work that OR did, over MDW, made it a lot better. Have you ever been to Scooby and Shaggy? The road in starts at Dry Run, and goes straight past Scooby, and winds up the hill to The Village! I drag my 22' flatbed trailer up it often.

The drive in sounds bad becasue it is a dirt road up a mountain, but a chevy cobalt with bald tires could drive up there on a rainy day (seen it happen).

As for the community, THIS IS THE PLACE TO CAMP! EVERYONE is cool as hell, yet they aren't nosy or up in for face becasue the sites are layed out nicely.

Under trees away from it all is much nicer than being in a dust bowl!

Tim, you should meet up with him and give him a tour!

Sounds like an awesome place to camp, the only times ive really been to wellsville was at night with my friends that know the area good. I went last weekend during the day and did some exploring and found some stuff again but a tour sometime from anybody would be very helpful. I will probably be there on the 4th weekend

The Village is doing everything right, good choice to set up camp.

But I have to ask, why do you think Oaktree isn't gunna be around much longer?

there is plenty of good spots left at the village.the thing about the Village OHV club is that our purpose is to keep a riding area open forever,we are a nonprofit organization .there are no hidden agendas here ,nobody is tryin to get rich ,we are just tryin to pay for the land & then give back to the local community.
